Town and country - Setter.
This example is missing most of it's enamel unfortunately, I suspect many T&C's went to their grave because of lost enamel.
I have seen this model described as both "English setter" and "Irish setter" neither of which is correct. Zippo called it simply Setter, it is of course a red and white setter.
I have dated it specifically to 1949 from the bottom stamp, partly from information here and "The passionate wick" has a Pheasant with the same spaced bottom stamp. It has a five barrel hinge making it late 1949.
